dealpax.com offers a 3 hours ‘change of mind’ guarantee on an appointmentscheduled. If you cancel your appointment 3 hours before yourappointment schedule, we will give you 100% refund subject to ourPartner Cancellation Policy. After 3 hrs if you do not show up to theappointment schedule we offer a credit note to your dealpax wallet for thefull value of the purchase. dealpax wallet can only be used online andmust be redeemed in participating vendors. Booking id will be redeemedonly once service is availed.

Partner cancellation policy

All of our partners have a cancellation policy which means no bookings can be amended or cancelled within a specific period leading up to the date of your appointment. For example, a policy of 3 hrs means no booking can be amended or cancelled within 3 hrs leading up to the date of your appointment.
